To provide core features, Snapling may require system permissions such as Screen Recording, file access and shortcuts.

7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Snapling is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Because of system differences, permission limits, third-party software conflicts, user error, network issues or system failures, some features may be unavailable, delayed, unstable or may not produce the expected result.
You understand and agree that:
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Snapling is not responsible for losses caused by your own actions, third-party software, system environment or force majeure beyond mandatory legal obligations.
- Snapling does not guarantee that screenshots, recordings, editing or export results will always be perfectly accurate, complete, error-free or permanently available in every scenario.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Snapling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Snapling.
If mandatory law requires otherwise, those mandatory rules will apply.
9. Suspension, termination and changes
If you violate this agreement, or if security, compliance, technical or operational needs require it, the operator of Snapling may restrict, suspend or terminate some or all product functionality to the extent permitted by law.
This agreement may be updated as product features, laws or operational needs change. Updated terms take effect after publication, and continued use of Snapling means you accept the revised agreement.
10. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises from this agreement or from the use of Snapling, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through friendly discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be handled according to applicable law.
